This character is not my OC!~ Though I wish it was...she's so cute. Her name is Nyuu/Lucy - two split personalities kind of thing. This one is Nyuu, the cheerful, silly, one. She's from a manga/anime called Elfen Lied. It's really good, though kind of sad and gory xD. I enjoyed it nonetheless So yea~ I just love Nyuu so I had to draw her ;w;
